The STEAMspark Montessori Experience ignites the curiosity and imagination of young minds. When students walk through our doors, we want them to feel like they’re playing instead of learning. That’s why we’ve created a Montessori driven, STEAM integrated, age appropriate, highly interactive curricula that is taught by Montessori credentialed* and certified educators* who are fully committed to our students.

Open House (STEAMspark TAG)/Prospective Family Meeting (Early Childhood)

Once we receive and review your preliminary application materials, we will send you an invitation to a virtual Open House/Prospective Family Meeting. This meeting offers a great opportunity to learn more about our STEAMspark programs.

Note: After you attend a Prospective Family Meeting, please inform us by phone or email if you would like to continue to move forward with the application process. At this time, we will send an invoice for the Application Fee.

Family Interview, Shadow Day (STEAMspark TAG), Trial Day (Early Childhood), and Student Assessment

Once your Application Fee has been submitted, you will receive an invitation to schedule your Shadow Day/Trial Day and Family Interview.

The Shadow Day/Trial Day helps us determine if STEAMspark is the best learning environment for your child while the Family Interview allows us to learn more about your family.

Please note, the Shadow Day/Trial Day is a part of our Application Process and does not guarantee admissions into STEAMspark.

Decisions

Admissions Decisions/Securing Your Seat

Within one week after your Trial Day, STEAMspark will notify you of our Admissions Decision. If you are offered admission and accept your seat, we will send you an invoice for your deposit. This deposit, equal to one month's tuition, is required within 10 business days to secure your place at STEAMspark.

Please note, your seat is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Acceptance into STEAMspark is based on several factors. The most important factor is alignment of our commitment to the education of your child. We place a strong value in community and as such, siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority in our admissions process.

Elementary (Ages 6-12) Program

Applications Open: October 1, 2026 – March 1, 2027
Prospective Family Meetings: Weekly (Virtual)
Campus Tours: By Invitation
Admissions Assessments: Two Saturdays Each Month
Shadow Days: By Invitation
Early Admissions Notifications: February 12, 2027
Regular Admissions Notifications: March 12, 2027

After Enrollment (Elementary)

summerSPARK (Optional Summer Program): June 1 – July 23, 2027
First Day of School: August 2, 2027

Early Childhood Program: Primary (Ages 3–6), Toddler (18 mo.–3 yrs.), and Nido (6 wks.–18 mo.)

Rolling Admissions (ongoing)
Prospective Family Meetings, Campus Tours, and Trial Days held monthly
Admissions Decisions – issued monthly based on availability

STEAMspark Orientation

STEAMspark Orientation is a virtual meeting scheduled once your deposit has been received. This meeting ensures a smooth onboarding process for your family into the STEAMspark community. We’ll review community norms, including what to expect in the classroom, from the administration, and what is expected from you.

Our goal is to hold this meeting two weeks before your start date.
