Application Process

Once you have reviewed our governing documents, you can let us know you are interested in continuing the Application/Enrollment process by completing the "Apply Now" form on our website (www.steamspark.com), contacting us via email (admissions@steamspark.com), or us by phone (214-809-5767).

After receiving and reviewing your preliminary application documentation, we will send you an invite to a Prospective Family Meeting. The Prospective Family Meeting is a good way for you to learn more about STEAMspark Montessori Experience and what we are doing for students. Prospective Family Meetings are conducted on selected nights per month. We request that all families bring the prospective student along with them to the Admissions Preview. This will allow the student to become more comfortable with the new environments at the school.

Please note, we will not send you a Prospective Family Meeting invitation until we have received and reviewed all your preliminary documents.

After you have participated in a Prospective Family Meeting AND once you have notified us by phone or email that you would like to continue in the application process, we will send you an invoice for our Application Fee. Once that application fee is paid, we will send you an invitation for your Family Interview, Trial Day, and Student Assessment (for Toddler and Primary students). The Trial Day and Student Assessment component helps us determine which learning environment is optimal for your student. The Family Interview allows our team to get to know more about your family.

In addition to payment of your Application Fee, we will need the following forms before you can attend a Trial Day.

2. Statement of Health (from your Physician)

Please note, the Trial Day is a part of our Application Process and does not guarantee admissions into STEAMspark.

Within one week after your Trial Day, STEAMspark Montessori Experience will inform you of our Admissions Decision. If you are admitted and upon acceptance of your seat, we will send you an invoice for your deposit. Your deposit is equivalent to your last month's tuition. Payment of this deposit is essential to secure your place at STEAMspark Montessori Experience.

Please note, your seat will only be secured once the deposit has been paid.

This meeting is conducted either virtually or in-person. If it is in-person, we ask that only adults attend. This meeting will be scheduled once your deposit (your last month's tuition) has been paid.

Our goal is to have this meeting two weeks prior to your start date.

You are now enrolled!

Teacher Orientation takes place within two (2) weeks following your first day. We intentionally schedule this meeting with a slight delay to allow the teacher to become acquainted with your child before the initial meeting. This meeting can be held either virtually or in-person.
